Lucas Credit Services (LCS) takes its place at the vanguard of a rapidly changing debt collection industry. Its Principal, Dr Roger Lucas, was until recently the President of the Credit Services Association (CSA) and was responsible for steering the industry and its trade association through a challenging period out of which a new collections landscape is emerging with significantly enhanced consumer protections in place.
LCS will champion these changes and work with creditors to ensure that openness and transparency are as much a part of the culture of collections going forward as collections performance itself. We recognise that in this new landscape nothing short of excellence in both performance and compliance is acceptable.
LCS was created to enable its clients, staff and all of its stakeholders to share in the rewards and satisfactions that these new opportunities offer.
